Concept:

Strong

Technical Skill:

Average

Impact/impression:

Strong
Pros:
The scene is very nice
Lovely color scheme
Cons:
Pretty much everything still feel flat or 2-dimentional, especially on the foreground rock.
Some clouds look too hard-edged. It gave feeling that they've been arranged instead of freely move. (p
Overall opinion/feedback:
For the rock, I suggest try to put a more contrast shading to bring out cracks and crevices. Although you've tried to put texture on it to make it look rough, the shape of the stone itself isn't pretty convincing yet.
For the clouds, by blending/softening some part of them

Looking at some landscape photo reference will also help you get the idea
Hope that helps. ^^
